Art By Dale O’Conell

A new exhibit, “Color & Flow,” by artist Dale O’Connell, is now on display in the Gallery. This Sunday, October 29, Dale will be on hand after worship to demonstrate his unique painting techniques. Stop by Dale’s table in the Commons and watch him create colorful, flowing images with his medium of choice, alcohol ink.

Dale, a retired Presbyterian pastor, lives in Lucas, Iowa, with his wife, Linda. Upon his retirement four years ago, he began his painting career. In addition to creating art with alcohol ink, Dale paints with acrylics, and sometimes combines the two mediums. He displays his art in several venues in central Iowa. His Westminster exhibit will continue through the month of November. The Westminster Gallery is located on the lower level of the church near the Franklin entrance.
